Shipping Policy

If your artwork arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will offer a replacement or full refund depending on the situation.
3. Eligibility for Return
Item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Custom-made or commissioned pieces are non-returnable.
4. Return Shipping
If a return is approved, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you and process the refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
